We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as it is received. All orders ship Monday - Friday except on holidays. If your order is made on a weekend, we will ship the following Monday. As for wholesale/custom orders, those are started once payment is received after I, Mary Robinson have personally discussed what you are wanting. I try to compete them within 5 business days and ship to you after that however many times wholesale/private label orders can take 7-14 days.
